What is User Testing?
User Testing is a structured process in which real users engage with your product or prototype and complete predefined scenarios. We observe, record, and analyze their behavior in real time.
The goal is not to confirm that your product works. It is to find out where users struggle, what they misunderstand, and what stops them from completing key actions. You receive concrete, prioritized recommendations before production code is written or before a feature goes live.
