We offer three proprietary AI products: SmartSearch, KnowHub, and InProduct AI, alongside custom AI development services. SmartSearch is a semantic search engine with fact verification for platforms that need accurate, source-grounded results. KnowHub is a GPT-like knowledge portal that turns company documents into a secure, searchable assistant for employees or clients. InProduct AI is a codebase-connected copilot for SaaS teams that generates and maintains product documentation automatically. Beyond products, we build generative AI prototypes, LLM and AI agent solutions, AI interfaces for legacy systems, and custom AI applications from concept to production.

General AI tools respond from public training data. They don't know your product, your procedures, or your clients, and they can generate plausible-sounding answers that are factually wrong. Every AI product we build is grounded exclusively in your own verified data: your codebase, your documents, your database. The AI cannot respond outside that boundary. Every answer is traceable back to a specific source. For business-critical environments like compliance, support, and sales, that traceability is what separates useful AI from liability.

It depends on scope, but most of our AI products go live within 2 to 6 weeks. KnowHub and SmartSearch can be deployed in as little as 2 weeks once your data is prepared. A custom AI agent or generative AI prototype typically takes 4 to 8 weeks depending on integration complexity. We scope the timeline precisely after a 30-minute discovery call, and we work in defined milestones, so you always know what's being built and when.

All our AI products use a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. This means the AI retrieves answers only from your approved, verified data sources. It does not generate responses from public internet training data. SmartSearch cites the exact sentence in your source document that supports each result. KnowHub cannot respond outside your document base. InProduct AI is grounded in your actual codebase. None of our products approximate, hallucinate, or substitute specialized terminology where precision is non-negotiable.
